Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of them, you should not use our services.
2. Our services
We provide private medical services including clinical consultation, intravenous iron infusion therapy using Ferinject (ferric carboxymaltose), blood testing, and follow-up care. All clinical services are provided by qualified, registered healthcare professionals.
Our clinical lead, Dr Rhea Bhadresha, is registered with the General Medical Council (GMC). Our lead clinical nurse, Beverly Avecilla, is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Pop Up Docs Limited is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
We treat adults only. We do not provide services to patients under the age of 18.
3. Clinical suitability and consent
All treatment decisions are made by our clinical team on an individual basis following assessment of your medical history, symptoms, and blood test results. We reserve the right to decline treatment where we determine, in our clinical judgement, that it is not appropriate or safe for you.
Before receiving treatment, you will be asked to provide informed consent. Informed consent means that you understand the nature, purpose, risks, and alternatives to the proposed treatment, and that you agree to proceed voluntarily.
You have the right to withdraw consent and decline treatment at any time, including during a treatment session.
